Weapon Kata - Bo

As many Bo kata as the student can understand and retain

         1. Doonyuu kun ichi

         2. Doonyuu kun ni

         3. Choun no kun sho

         4. Choun no kun dai

         5. Ryubi no kun

Sparring Camp

Open hand sparring, padded weapon sparring, ground fighting techniques

Meet at 9:15 am

at the Gladstone High School

Begins at 10:00 am

All students are welcome to come walk with our school in the parade! Come in your gi, belt and good walking shoes!

Performance:

Saturday, Aug. 7th

Meet at 4:15 pm

at the booth for warm ups

Stage time 4:45 - 5:15 pm

All students are encouraged to come participate in this live performance!

Come in your gi and belt and show your stuff! Talk to Sensei Reed if you are interested and practice!

Booth:

-Friday, Aug. 6th-

12 pm to 9 pm

-Saturday, Aug 7th-

10 am to 9 pm

-Sunday, Aug 8th-
